Pay Back Policy



1. This policy describes about our consumer friendly products cancellation return, pay back and exchange shall be dealt by this policy and the company reserved it's right to change the policy at any time without any prior notice to make sure you aware of any changes.please review the policy periodically.
2. Before accepting the shipment of any product kindly ensure that the product packaging is not damaged in such case you must refused to accept the delivery. If you are accepting the delivery of damaged product shall be entirely at your risk and the company not responsible for the same.
3. If you are cancelling the ordered product and request for refund of ammount you paid directly to your bank account/ credit card used by at the time of shopping.in such case the eligibile ammount shall be transferred in your account after deduction of business insensitive ( including TDS) earned accumulated paid by GoodWay Indian Fashion on the cancelled order either placed by you or your sales network team.
3. In case of internal damage products wrong products or quality issue with the products you must register complaint on coustomer care within 24-48 hours after receiving the products.
4. All return, replacement and refund shall be subject to successful shipment completion of quality check at company warehouse in compliance of terms and conditions.
5. Return exchange or refund for the purchase product shall not applicable in.
(i). products has been used for a reason a part from checking fit or comfort.
(ii). washed products.
(iii).Lable, tags, printing, package material have been damaged for any reason.

(iv). The barcode/ serial number does not match the record of company.

(v). company is satisfied that the product has been not usable/ resaleble.

6. Refund ammount will be initiate for saleable, unopened products.

7. Refund in your bank account,shall not include shipping charges or any other charges applicable from time to time.

8. Exchange only in size and colour.
